Our world needs more thinkers, dreamers, change-makers, and action makers. The famous Egyptian Youtuber Hesham Afifi is more than just a musician or a content creator, he told us all about his big plans that we believe he will attain one day.

Tell us about yourself.
I’m Hesham Afifi, Commercial Director, and Content creator.

Which lesson has been the hardest to learn?

I think living, or most probably communicating with people.

Who/What is your biggest inspiration?

I always study people who succeed in anything, and simple people who live happy with a few things. I get inspired every day.

How would you describe yourself?

Complicated simple person.

What’s the best advice that was given to you?

“You have to work”, believe it or not.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I don’t know you would be surprised by this or not, but I have a very deep dark phase that I rarely share with people, because I care to keep people off my darkness or their darkness.

Do you consider yourself a Musician, a Director, a Youtuber, or a Content Creator? Which one you prefer and love the most?

Definitely content creator.

You are mockingly analyzing ads and songs, aren’t you concerned about the feedback of the artists behind that specific work you are mocking?
I do my best by writing a script that usually takes 3 days or more of constant work, and neatly pick every joke to be less annoying to anyone as much as I can. However, most of the time I mock the “idea” of the work itself more than the person’s work, and I do my best to make it light as much as possible.

Have you ever received offers from any TV channels?
A lot, but I don’t think that I’m a TV guy, because I love creating without limits

Your online program ‘El Fakra Al Saba7eya Al Gamela’ has widely spread all over the social media platforms, do you wish to present the content of the program on TV?

I doubt…

Do you have any upcoming projects or ads to be displayed in Ramadan?

To be honest I’m focusing now on Directing Commercials more than creation.

What is your dream project?

Making my feature films in Hollywood.
