Tell us about yourself, what you do and how you got started?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, I\u2019m the founder of Yasmin Hany- Weddings & Events Planning. I\u2019ve always been a marketer in big corporate companies and part of my job was to either plan or sponsor an event, which was the most exciting task of my job. I always wanted to have my own business since I was a kid but I never knew what it should be. Until one day one of my best friends trusted me with her wedding and it turned out to be pretty good. So, thanks to her and a couple of supportive friends; I decided to have my own events planning company.<\/p>\n

What was the hardest part of your journey so far? How have you overcome it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The day prior to the event is always the hardest; I get so stressed, my mind keeps thinking of every single thing that might go wrong and how I should solve it; then I end up sleepless for 2 days till I see the out come and realize that it was worth the pain<\/p>\n

What motivates and drives you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I always wanted to be the best in something; so every time I plan a successful event and get great feedback; I strive for more and get motivated to do even better and bigger events.<\/p>\n

Would you consider yourself a risk taker?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Definitely, you\u2019re talking to someone who risked an eight year marketing career and quit a stable corporate life to own a business that might or might not succeed.<\/p>\n

Were there any books that motivated you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe secret\u201d I know I know, It\u2019s a bit cliche but somehow this book changed my life.<\/p>\n

Do you think your mindset has been a key to your success?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, I always visualize positive things about my life. No matter how hard or how impossible it is, I always see myself doing it and that\u2019s the key to success. Always believe that you can do anything.<\/p>\n

What would you say are the key elements to starting a successful business\/ leading a successful career path?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work on a business plan, market analysis, marketing strategy & forecast financials. However, most importantly you need to be passionate about this business.<\/p>\n

What\/who inspires you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My Grandma. Honestly, she has been the reason for every success in my life, she always encourages me to move forward no matter how hard it gets. I learnt from her to never give up.<\/p>\n

How do you deal with a bad day at work? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Listen to MUSIC. It usually clears my head so I could be able to deal with any bad situations calmly.<\/p>\n

What do you do when you\u2019re not working?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hangout with my close friends or Netflix.<\/p>\n

If you could give one piece of advice to someone who\u2019s starting out in the field, what would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Basically you need to make daily researches, study new designs and ideas till your mind becomes obsessed with decorations that you start picturing every venue you walk into as a setting for your next event.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your next big step?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m planning to expand to the Dubai,<\/p>\n

Areal gentleman and a down-to-earth person who loves life and lives for passion. He started off his career as a soccer player, but his love for art led him to chase his dream for composing songs and acting. His real professional journey began with composing hit songs for artists like Amr Diab, Sherine, Asala, Nicole Saba, and Hamaki.\u00a0 Ahmed Salah Hosny studied Business Administration, but always knew he wanted to do something different. He sacrificed his soccer career to follow his passion for art, and since then, he has been composing songs as well as acting. He recently acted alongside Ahmed Ezz again in his latest movie \u2018El Mammar,\u2019 which was a box office hit this Eid.
